This recipe was given to me by my cousin Becky who, honestly, could have rivaled many chefs. It makes a wonderful addition to a holiday dinner and for large gatherings I sometimes make two.

Ingredients For becky's super stuffed bread

1loaf french bread
-
8 ozcheddar cheese, grated

8 ozswiss cheese, grated

8 slicebacon, precooked

1/2 cbutter, softened

1/2 cgreen onion, chopped (optional)

1 Tbspmustard, prepared

1 Tbspsesame or poppy seeds
How To Make becky's super stuffed bread

1Slice bread into 16 slices, NOT all the way through to the bottom.

2Mix butter, onion, mustard and seeds. Spread mixture onto slices (both sides.)

3Stuff with cheeses and top with bacon pieces.

4Wrap loaf with aluminum foil around sides and bottom, only.

5Bake at 325F degrees for 20 minutes or until bread is hot and cheese is completely melted.
