Ingredients For bayou broccoli balls

2/3broccoli, very finely chopped

2/3cheddar and monterey cheese, very finely shredded

1/3bacon, cooked and very finely chopped

breadcrumbs, finely processed
How To Make bayou broccoli balls

1Mix broccoli, cheese, and bacon together.

2Form into small balls.

3Place into freezer, until firm. (usually takes about 30min.)

4Roll in breadcrumbs.

5Fry in lard (Yes, lard) until golden brown.
