Ingredients For baked greek pita wedges

1/2 cgreek yogurt
-
1/4 cfeta cheese, crumbled

1/2 Tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tspgreek seasoning
-
1 smclove garlic, pressed
-
1/2 tspmint leaves, chopped
-
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
-
1 tspolive oil
-
2 md(about 8-inch diameter) pita
-
1/4 ccherry tomatoes, cut into small pieces
-
2 Tbspblack olives, sliced
How To Make baked greek pita wedges

1Preheat oven to 400ºF
-
2In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, feta cheese and lemon juice. Stir until mixed pressing down on the cheese with the back of our spoon to break it up.

3Add Greek seasoning, garlic, mint, black pepper and olive oil; stir until well incorporated.

4Place pita bread on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat and evenly spread the feta cheese mixture over each.

5Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden.

6Remove from the heat and slice pita into 4 equal pieces. Add some tomato pieces and sliced black olives. Serve immediately.
