Very easy to make, these are deliciously ideal for entertaining or as a mid-afternoon snack.

Ingredients For baked greek pita wedges

  • 1/2 c
    greek yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    greek seasoning
  • 1 sm
    clove garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 tsp
    mint leaves, chopped
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil
  • 2 md
    (about 8-inch diameter) pita
  • 1/4 c
    cherry tomatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 2 Tbsp
    black olives, sliced

How To Make baked greek pita wedges

    Preheat oven to 400ºF
  • 2
    In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, feta cheese and lemon juice. Stir until mixed pressing down on the cheese with the back of our spoon to break it up.

    Add Greek seasoning, garlic, mint, black pepper and olive oil; stir until well incorporated.

    Place pita bread on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat and evenly spread the feta cheese mixture over each.

    Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden.

    Remove from the heat and slice pita into 4 equal pieces. Add some tomato pieces and sliced black olives. Serve immediately.
