Ingredients For bagna cauda [italian fondue]

5 clovegarlic, finely sliced

8 smanchovy fillets in oil, drained

1 colive oil, extra virgin

1 lgloaf of italian bread

1 mdcelery stalk
How To Make bagna cauda [italian fondue]

1Heat olive oil in electric skillet and add garlic. Keep on low heat so the garlic does not brown. Add anchovies and stir well. Cook for about 10 minutes, over low heat, stirring constantly. Dip bread and celery in the Bagna Cauda.
