This is such a good recipe, you can serve it for appetizers, for a brunch quiche, for dinner with a salad...very quick, delicious and versatile!

Ingredients For bacon pie, mom's

  • 1/2 lb
    bacon
  • 1 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper

How To Make bacon pie, mom's

  • 1
    Oven to 400 degrees. lightly grease pie plate. sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in bottom. beat remaining ingredients smooth, pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 30 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes. Garnish with bacon curls and parsley sprigs.
