I loved deviled eggs and after a bacon promotion from a local butcher shop, this was the result. For an extra flavor boost, you can use maple bacon.

Ingredients For bacon deviled eggs

  • 6
    eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/3 c
    miracle whip or mayo
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1/4 c
    crumbled bacon (about 4 slices)
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    shredded cheese, any variety

How To Make bacon deviled eggs

  • 1
    Peel boiled eggs and cut in half. Remove yolks and set aside whites.

    Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, pepper, bacon crumbles and 2 Tb cheese. Fill whites with yolk mixture and sprinkle remaining cheese on top of eggs.
