2 pkgshredded parmesan cheese (10-12 oz)

How To Make artichoke dip

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Mix artichoke hearts, cheese and garlic with mayo, you may need a little more than 6 tablespoons. Mix until a good mushy dip consistency. Add lemon juice to taste. Put tomatoes on the top and bake at 350 until golden brown, about 35-40 minutes.

3Serve with lightly toasted sliced baguette bread, or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
