amazing artichoke and green olive hummus!
I love hummus and love to try different types. I decided to try my hand at this one, because I love artichokes and olives and it turned out YUMMY!! So far this is my favorite! I have it every morning on toast!

Food Processor
Ingredients For amazing artichoke and green olive hummus!

1 (15 oz ) cangarbanzo beans, drained

1/2 jarmarinated artichoke heats, drained

1/2 cgreen olives, pitted
-
1/3 ctahini
-
1/3 colive oil, extra virgin

1lemon juice, fresh

2-3 Tbspcapers
How To Make amazing artichoke and green olive hummus!

1Drain garbanzo beans add to a food processor.

2Add artichoke hearts, green olives, tahini, olive oil and lemon juice.

3Pulse until smooth.

4Transfer the hummus to an airtight container or bowl. Add capers and stir well. Do not pulse the capers in the food processor. They give each bite a nice pop!

5Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavor marry. No salt is needed unless you just REALLY like salt!
