amazing artichoke and green olive hummus!

I love hummus and love to try different types. I decided to try my hand at this one, because I love artichokes and olives and it turned out YUMMY!! So far this is my favorite! I have it every morning on toast!

Ingredients For amazing artichoke and green olive hummus!

  • 1 (15 oz ) can
    garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/2 jar
    marinated artichoke heats, drained
  • 1/2 c
    green olives, pitted
  • 1/3 c
    tahini
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    capers

How To Make amazing artichoke and green olive hummus!

    Drain garbanzo beans add to a food processor.
  • 2
    Add artichoke hearts, green olives, tahini, olive oil and lemon juice.

    Pulse until smooth.
  • 4
    Transfer the hummus to an airtight container or bowl. Add capers and stir well. Do not pulse the capers in the food processor. They give each bite a nice pop!

    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavor marry. No salt is needed unless you just REALLY like salt!
