How To Make a different twist to deviled eggs
-
1Boil the eggs in a saucepan with enough water to cover the eggs. Boil for 15 minutes; drain and let the eggs cool in cold water. ( I usually put them in the freezer for 15 minutes ) Remove and discard the egg shells.
-
2Slice eggs lengthwise in half. Remove egg yolk reserving 4 yolks. Discard remaining yolks or use them for something else. Place egg whites cut sides up on a serving platter.
-
3In a medium bowl combine cottage cheese, ranch dressing, mustard, relish and the 4 egg yolks. Smash and mix with a fork until smooth. Stir in chives. Spoon the mixture into each egg white. Cover and chill 1 hour.
