Ingredients For 7 layer mexican dip

8 ozcream cheese, softened

8 ozsour cream, regular is best

1 bunchspring onions, green tops included, chopped fine

3 mdripe tomatoes, chopped

1 mdbell pepper, chopped fine

2 cmild cheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 lbbacon, cooked, drained and crumbled

16 ozsalsa, medium
-
1 lgbag of tortilla chips
How To Make 7 layer mexican dip

1Mix cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. Spread in a 11x14" dish. Pour salsa over this.

2Layer remaining ingredients in order listed, reserving bacon for last. Place in fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

3Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top, prior to serving.
