1 1/2 lblean ground beef

4 tspparmesan cheese (grated)

1 mdonion, finely chopped

1 cbread crumbs (soft)

2eggs, slightly beaten

1/2 tspgarlic salt

1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1/2 tsporegano, dried

1 tspparsley flakes

sauce ingredients
-
1/4 cworcestershire sauce
-
1/4 csugar
-
1 cantomato sauce 8 ounce

4 tspapple cider vinegar
How To Make zesty meatballs, with barbeque sauce

1combine all meatball ingredients together and thoroughly mix.

2shape into balls approximately 2" in diameter

3cook in heavy skillet using a small amount of cooking oil until lightly browned

4remove meatballs from skillet, drain on paper towels, then arrange in a 12" by 9" by 2 1/2" baking dish

5set aside until sauce is prepared

6combine all sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan. mix thoroughly.

7bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Cook one minute after boiling starts.

8Drizzle sauce over the meatballs and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees F.
