Ingredients For yummy reuben dip

  • 1 jar
    16 oz. jar refrigerated sauerkraut, drained
  • 8 oz
    swiss cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz
    monterrey jack cheese, shredded (use cheddar if preferred)
  • 1 pkg
    6-oz. pkg. buddig corned beef, chopped
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    thousand island dressing (or russian if you can find it)

How To Make yummy reuben dip

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    Combine all ingredients and spread evenly in a prepared square baking dish.

    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with warm bread pieces or bagel chips.
