Ingredients For tex-mex won ton appetizers

24won ton wrappers

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 lbmild pork sausage

1 1/4 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 1/4 cmonterrey jack cheese, shredded

1 cranch salad dressing
-
1/2 cchopped red bell pepper

1/4 csliced black olives
How To Make tex-mex won ton appetizers

1Lightly grease 24 miniature muffin cups with oil. Press 1 won ton wrapper into each cup; brush with 2 tbsp. oil.

2Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove wrappers from muffin cups.

3Arrange won ton cups on a baking sheet. Meanwhile, brown the sausage in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain well.

4Combine the sausage, cheddar & monterrey jack, salad dressing, red bell pepper and olives in a bowl and mix well.

5Spoon 1 tbsp. filling into each won ton cup. Bake at 325 degrees for 5 minutes or until bubbly.
