Try using pork, chicken thighs, tofu, shrimp or for a vegetable treat use zucchini, eggplant or mushrooms... or just experiment yourself. My family loves these!

1/2 cshredded or sliced thin carrots

2 cthinly shredded cabbage

1/4 cchopped cilantro

1/4 cchopped green onion

1/4 tspsesame oil

1/4 tspginger

2 dashwhite pepper

1/2 crice vinegar
-
1 tspsoy sauce

1/2 csugar
- CHICKEN

2chicken breasts
-
1/4 ccilantro
-
1/4 tspwhite pepper

2 Tbspsambal chili
-
1chopped jalapeño
-
1/4 csoy sauce
-
1/2 tspginger
-
2 Tbspminced garlic
- SAUCE

1 csugar
-
1 csoy sauce

1 pkgwonton wrappers (not eggroll)

How To Make sweet & spicy asian chicken won tons

1Mix vinegar and sugar until dissolved. Add the rest of the slaw ingredients and mix together then let sit overnight, several hours ...minimum 2 hours

2Cut chicken into tiny cubes, add all chicken ingredients and toss. Let sit about 30 mins

3Mix all sauce ingredients, cook on medium until it boils and sugar dissolves...set aside.

4Cook chicken until all liquid reduces.

5Pour in sauce and stir over heat for a couple mins. Set chicken aside.

6Fold room temp wonton wrappers corner to corner to form triangle. Fry in oil until golden brown and crispy. Set aside to drain and cool.

7Place chicken on wonton triangle, then top with your slaw. Serve, eat & enjoy!!!
