This recipe was given to me by a friend of my sister many years ago. I make it for parties, every time I have a gathering. It works well served with toothpicks. It is delicious, easy and takes little effort and no time at all to prepare. I usually double the amount because there are never leftovers!!It is delicious served over rice or egg noodles.

Ingredients For sweet n' sour meatballs

2 lbground beef

2 Tbspsoy sauce, light

2 Tbspminced onion

2eggs, beaten

1/2 cdried parsley flakes

2 tspgarlic powder

1 cbread crumbs
-
2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 cancranberry sauce
-
1/2 cketchup
-
1 bottle(12 oz.) chili sauce

2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1 Tbsplemon juice concentrate
How To Make sweet n' sour meatballs

1Combine first 9 ingredients and shape into balls. Bake in a baking pan at 350 till brown.

2Combine cranberry sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar & lemon juice in a saucepan, heat, & stir until cranberries melts.

3Pour over meatballs and heat until hot, few minutes. Serve with toothpicks or over rice or noodles.
