Ingredients For sweet heat bacon sirloin bites

1 lb(1/2-inch thick) well-trimmed sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces

1/2 tspfreshly ground black pepper

1/2 tspsteak seasoning

12 slicehickory smoked bacon, cut into thirds

1/4 capple jelly, heated
-
1 1/2 Tbspwhole grain mustard

1/2 tspminced garlic
-
1/4 tspcayenne (or more to taste)
How To Make sweet heat bacon sirloin bites

1Heat oven to 400 degrees.

2Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with foil. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

3Sprinkle steak cubes evenly with pepper and seasoning. Wrap each with a bacon piece and secure with toothpicks. Place on foil-lined pan.

4For glaze, in a small bowl, stir jelly, mustard, garlic, and cayenne together. Brush evenly over bacon-wrapped steak bites.

5Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and glazed.

6Serve immediately. May serve with your favorite barbecue or dipping sauce if desired. Serves 4-6.
