There is a Just A Pinch Blue Ribbon recipe by Edith Kehoe titled Holiday Meatballs. I made my meatball recipe based on her recipe. The Test Kitchen raved about Edith's recipe so I made my own variations using the orange marmalade with champagne and sriracha hot sauce.

Ingredients For sweet and spicy meatballs

    frozen angus beef fully cooked meatballs
  • 12 oz
    mackays orange marmalade with champagne
  • 12 oz
    del monte chili sauce
  • 2 pinch
    sriracha hot chili sauce
  • 1 c
    orange juice no pulp

How To Make sweet and spicy meatballs

    Insert a crockpot liner into your crockpot for easy cleanup.
  • 2
    Pour the entire bottle of chili sauce into the crockpot.
  • 3
    Pour the orange marmalade with champagne into the crockpot.
  • 4
    Pour in a cup of orange juice.
  • 5
    Add two dashes of hot sauce. I had Sriracha on hand so that is what I used.
