sweet and spicy meatballs
There is a Just A Pinch Blue Ribbon recipe by Edith Kehoe titled Holiday Meatballs. I made my meatball recipe based on her recipe. The Test Kitchen raved about Edith's recipe so I made my own variations using the orange marmalade with champagne and sriracha hot sauce.

Ingredients For sweet and spicy meatballs

40frozen angus beef fully cooked meatballs

12 ozmackays orange marmalade with champagne

12 ozdel monte chili sauce
-
2 pinchsriracha hot chili sauce

1 corange juice no pulp
How To Make sweet and spicy meatballs

1Insert a crockpot liner into your crockpot for easy cleanup.

2Pour the entire bottle of chili sauce into the crockpot.

3Pour the orange marmalade with champagne into the crockpot.

4Pour in a cup of orange juice.

5Add two dashes of hot sauce. I had Sriracha on hand so that is what I used.
