Ingredients For stuffed mini peppers

    mini sweet peppers, halved
  • 8 OZ
    softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 CUP
    shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1/2 CUP
    monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 LB
    hot, italian sausage (loose) browned
  • 1/4 TSP
    salt
  • 1/4 TSP
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 CUP
    dry bread crumbs

    IN A MIXING BOWL COMBINE CHEESES, SAUSAGE AND SEASONINGS. MIX WELL

    USEING A SOUP SPOON FILL EACH PEPPER HALF.. ROLL IN BREAD CRUMBS.

    PLACE IN GREASED BAKING DISH ( 15X10X1 ) AND BAKE UNCOVERED AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20 MIN . ENJOY!
