20chicken wings

1 1/2 cdark brown sugar

1 csoy sauce

6 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbspgrated ginger

green onions, for garnish
How To Make sticky asian wings

1Mix all the ingredients together except green onions. Add the chicken wings and marinate 8 hours.

2Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Remove the wings from the marinade and place on a foil-lined pan with a grate. Place the marinade in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer until reduced by 1/3, about 5 minutes.

3Brush the glaze on the wings and bake for 30 minutes, turning and brushing them with the glaze two more times. Top with green onions.
