1 lbground sirloin (do not substitute for a cheaper meat)

1egg yolk

6capers, rinsed and mashed

3 tspdijon mustard

1 1/2 tspsalt

1 tsplemon juice

1/2 tspworcestershire sauce

dashpepper

1/2 cparsley
How To Make steak tartare, mom

1Mix beef with egg yolk. Add remaining ingredients and roll in parsley. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers. Can make small marble sized balls and serve with toothpicks.
