I threw this together the other day. We have been having some really gnarly weather and I did not want to go out, so I worked with items I had on hand. The turkey was a last-minute addition, but I felt it really complimented the other ingredients, and I would use it again.

What you will need? You will need a blender to mix up the ingredients and a good non-reactive container to store it in.
  • 3
What to serve with it? Use it as you would any deviled ham… as a spread, as a dip, whatever you choose. I served this batch with some homemade crackers, and it was well received.

How to store it? This will last 5 – 7 days in the fridge. You can freeze it, in which case it will last for several months.

Homemade ingredients Two of the ingredients in this recipe can be made from scratch. Here are the recipes to do them on your own: Mayo To be sure, there are some good store-bought mayo’s on the market (my all-time favorite is Duke’s) If you live in the South, you have probably seen it on the shelves of your local grocer; however, as you travel North, it becomes as scarce as hen’s teeth. If you would like to take a stab at making your own (it really is not all that difficult), check out this recipe: https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/sauce-spread/spread/mayonnaise-essentials-faux-duke-s-version.html?r=1 Worcestershire Looking for a good Worcestershire without anchovies, or all those chemical preservatives? It is easy/peasy to make and tastes like the real thing. So yummy. https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/sauce-spread/other-sauce-spread/diy-essentials-homemade-worcestershire-sauce.html?r=1
