I've only used the hot sausage and hot Rotel tomatoes. Everyone loves this recipe. I'm always told to bring it to our social gatherings.

Ingredients For spicy rotel sausage dip

  • 1 lb
    jimmy dean hot pork sausage
  • 10 oz
    rotel hot habanero diced tomatoes and green chiles - drain about 1/3 of the juice
  • 4 oz
    can sliced black olives with diced red jalapenos, drained
  • 1 lb
    mexican velveeta processed cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 bag
    tostito scoops

How To Make spicy rotel sausage dip

    In 2 qt microwaveable dish, break up sausage and cook on high power for 3 minutes. Break up sausage again and cook at high power for 3 more minutes. Crumble sausage and drain. Add rest of ingredients except for Tostitos. Cook at high power for 2 minutes. Stir. Cook at high power for 2 more minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve with Tostito Scoops and Enjoy!
