Ingredients For spicy asian pork meatballs

  • MEATBALLS
  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1/2 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 tsp
    grated ginger
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • SAUCE
  • 2 tsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 c
    each soy sauce, hoisen sauce, and honey
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch + 1/4 cup water

How To Make spicy asian pork meatballs

    Mix all ingredient for the meatballs together except for the olive oil. Roll into balls. Place oil in a skillet and cook the meatballs in batches until no longer pink. Alternately you could bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

    Remove the meatballs from the skillet. Add the ingredients for the sauce except cornstarch and water into the same skillet. Whisk the cornstarch and water together.

    Bring the sauce to a boil. Whisk in the cornstarch mixture into the sauce to thicken. Add the meatballs into the sauce and cook until warmed through.
