Ingredients For sombreros

1 lblean ground beef
-
2 Tbspice water
-
2 Tbsptaco seasoning mix
- FILLING:
-
2 csour cream
-
1 1/2 ctortilla chips, crushed
-
5 Tbsptaco sauce
-
4 ozcan ripe olives, chopped
-
8 ozsharp cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make sombreros

1Combine beef, water and taco seasoning mix.
Press meat mixture on bottom and sides of mini muffin tins. Set aside. -
2Combine sour cream, chips, taco sauce and olives.
Spoon mixture into unbaked meat shells. -
3Sprinkle with cheese.

4Bake 8-10 minutes in preheated 425 degree oven.
