  • FOR MEATBALLS
  • 1 lb
    each ground beef and ground pork
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2
    green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 sm
    shallot small diced
  • salt and pepper
  • FOR SAUCE
  • 1/2 c
    hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili garlic paste
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 tsp
    grated ginger
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil

How To Make slow cooker chili hoisin glazed meatballs

    Mix the ingredients together for the meatballs. Line a cooking sheet with foil and spray cooking spray on it. Set oven at broil on high. Shape the meat into desired size meatballs. Broil in batches until browned on both sides. Place them in the slow cooker.

    Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over meatballs. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. Carefully stirring them from time to time.
