This is an English recipe that was passed down from my grandmother to my father who then showed me how to make them. I have had to adjust the ingredients slightly as not all the supplies used back home are available here. I always serve them as an appetizer before Christmas dinner; also they are great to keep in the freezer as they are great to serve when unexpected guests arrive and you want to offer them a little something. Everyone that has tried them; loves them, and the recipe has been shared with family and friends who have also shared it with others. ENJOY!

Roll one pastry sheet into a 12x12 inch square and divide into 3 equal strips. 5. Roll sausage mixture into long sausages (to fit pastry strip). 6.
