Ingredients For sausage cheese balls

  • 2 lb
    bulk pork sausage
  • 1 1/2 c
    bisquick
  • 4 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make sausage cheese balls

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients, form into 1-inch balls. Bake for 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheets until golden brown. Makes about 6 dozen. Sausage balls can be frozen uncooked.
