I Love Sausage & Cheese so i came across this and thought that i would place here on JAP.

Ingredients For sausage-cheese balls

  • 3 c
    biscuit mix
  • 1 lb
    bulk pork sausage
  • 4 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese ( 16oz)
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1 bottle
    chili sauce if desired

How To Make sausage-cheese balls

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350*. Lightly grease bottom of 15x10x1 inch pan with shortening, or spray with cooking spray.In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except chili sauce. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in pan.Bake uncovered 20-25 mins. or until no longer pink in the center. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with chili sauce.
