Ingredients For sausage-cheese balls

  • 2 lb
    uncooked sausage
  • 1 1/2 c
    biscuit mix
  • 4 c
    finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make sausage-cheese balls

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2
    Mix all ingredients and form into 1-inch balls.
  • 3
    Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown. Turn twice while cooking. Can be frozen uncooked.
