1 lbitalian pork sausage

2 clovegarlic, minced

8 ozshredded, mozerella

2egg whites, beaten

1egg yolk, beaten

1/4 tsporegano

salt and pepper
How To Make sausage bread

1Oven at 350.

2Cook sausage and garlic.

3Drain off fat.

4Combine sausage/garlic, cheese and egg whites, egg yolk and seasonings.

5On greased sheet, roll dough into largest rectangle you can.

6Spread meat mixture on dough leaving 1 inch border.

7Roll dough-jelly roll fashion and pinch edges shut.

8Place seam side down on baking sheet.

9Brush top with beaten egg yolk and 1 tablespoon water mixture.

10Bake 45 minutes until golden brown.

11Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
