1 lbsweet italian sausage

1 smonion (chopped)

4 clovegarlic (minced)

1/2 cchicken broth
-
1/2 tspdried oregano
-
1/4 tspdried thyme
-
8 ozcream cheese (softened)

6 ozfresh baby spinach, chopped

1 can15 oz. cannellini beans(rinsed & drained)

1 cchopped seeded tomatoes
-
4 ozshredded mozzarella cheese
-
1/2 cshredded parmesan cheese
-
assorted crackers or bread slices
How To Make sausage & bean dip recipe

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large skillet cook sausage, onion and garlic over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink, breaking up sausage into crumbles; drain.

2Stir in chicken broth, oregano and thyme. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is almost evaporated.

3Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Stir in spinach, beans and tomatoes; cook and stir until spinach is wilted.

4Transfer to a greased 8 in square baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

5Bake 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.

6Serve with crackers or bread rounds.
