Ingredients For sausage balls

1 lbjimmy dean sausage
-
1 lbmild cheddar cheese, grated

2-1/2 cbisquick
-
1/4 cmilk
-
1egg
-
garlic powder, to taste
-
onion powder, to taste
How To Make sausage balls

1Brown sausage in skillet and drain. Add garlic powder & onion powder to browned sausage. Stir.

2Over medium-low heat, melt cheese, stirring frequently.

3Combine meat mixture, cheese, bisquick, milk and egg in mixing bowl and blend well.

4Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet, allowing room to rise.

5Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
