My mom made these for Christmas breakfast but my kids love it so much that i cook it for saturday mornings with a white gravy and scrambled eggs. It can be done ahead the night before and popped into the oven when you wake.

Ingredients For sausage balls

  • 1/2 lb
    sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 c
    bisquick mix
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk (more if too dry)
  • 1 c
    cheese *any kind
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How To Make sausage balls

  • 1
    Mix together well. shape into balls and bake @ 350 for 20 minutes on ungreased pan
