Ingredients For sausage balls

10 ozcheddar cheese

3 cbiscuit mix

1onion, finely minced

2 clovegarlic cloves, pressed

1/4 cchicken broth

1 lbsausage

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsponion powder

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tspsage, dried

1/4 tspthyme, dried
How To Make sausage balls

1In skillet over low heat, break up sausage meat and simmer with chicken broth, sage, onion, and minced garlic until sausage is done, stirring often(15-20 min.) Do not brown. Season to taste with salt, pepper, thyme, onion powder and garlic powder. Let cool 10 minutes.

2Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased, foil lined cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 12 minutes or until golden or cooked through.
