This is the traditional sausage balls that you have at parties...since I didn't see it posted, I thought that I would.

Ingredients For sausage balls

2 lbpork sausage, bulk

1 lbcheddar cheese, grated

8 ozmargarine, softened

12 ozflour
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
2 tsppaprika
How To Make sausage balls

1Form sausage into i inch balls, using a NO. 70 dipper.

2Place on baking sheet.

3Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until internal temperature 165.

4Drain on paper towels.

5Combine cheese, margarine, flour and seasonings in mixer bowl, using flat beater.

6Wrap 2 Tbs. (No. 70 dipper) of dough around each sausage ball.

7Place on an non-greased baking sheet.

8Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.

9Serve hot.
