Ingredients For salami

1 1/2 lbvenison or ground beef

1 1/2 Tbspmortons tenderquick salt

3/4 Tbspliquid smoke flavoring

1/8 tspgarlic powder

1/2 cbrown sugar

dashred pepper flakes, as much or little as you like
How To Make salami

1Mix all ingredients together and form a log. Refrigerate uncovered for 24 hours.

2Place on rack over a sheet cake pan to catch drips. Bake at 300º for 1 hour.
