Ingredients For rumaki

1 lbbacon
-
1 - 8 ozcan water chestnut

1/4 csoy sauce

1 1/2 cbrown sugar

3/4 ccatsup

1 Tbsp. vinegar

1 Tbspsugar
How To Make rumaki

1Cut bacon in half and wrap each water chestnut; secure with a toothpick.

2Place in rows on baking sheet.

3Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

4Drain grease. Refrigerate for 3+ hours or overnight.

5Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bacon-wrapped water chestnuts.

6Bake at 350 degrees for another 20 minutes. Serve warm.
