Ingredients For reuben roll-ups

8 ozcream cheese
-
3 Tbspspicy brown mustard

1/4 tsphorseradish sauce
-
5flour tortillas
-
1 lbdeli corned beef, thinly sliced

15 sliceswiss cheese
-
14 ozsauerkraut, rinsed & drained well
How To Make reuben roll-ups

1Mix cream cheese, mustard and horseradish in small bowl until smooth.

2Spread a heaping tablespoonful of mixture over each tortilla.

3Layer corned beef, 3 slices of swiss cheese and another tablespoonful of cream cheese mixture on top.

4Layer a 1/2 cup of sauerkraut on top of other ingredients.

5Roll the tortilla tightly.

6Chill for 1 hour.

7Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
