Ingredients For razorback meatballs

1 pound cooked ham

1 pound ground pork

1 cup milk

2 slices bread, crumbled

3 green onions, chopped

2 tbsp. chopped parsley

1 tbsp. mustard
-
1/2 cup water
-
1/2 cup vinegar
-
1 cup packed brown sugar

2 t. mustard
How To Make razorback meatballs

1Process the ham in food processor until very finely chopped. Mix with pork, milk, and bread, green onions, parsley and 1 T. mustard in large bowl and mix just until combined; do not overmix. Shape into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls.

2Put in greased baking dish. Mix the water, vinegar, brown sugar and 2 t. mustard in pan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 300 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Serves 10 to 12 Big Taste of Little Rock
