Ingredients For raspberry and balsamic glazed meatballs

  • FOR THE MEATBALLS
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • SAUCE
  • 2 c
    seedless raspberry jam
  • 3 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh ginger grated
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • sliced green onions for garnish

How To Make raspberry and balsamic glazed meatballs

  • 1
    To make the meatballs. Mix all ingredients for meatballs together and shape into 2 inch balls. In batches brown the meatballs in a little oil and then place in a sprayed crock pot.

    Mix the ingredients for sauce together and pour over the meatballs. Cook on low for 5 hours or high for 2 1/2 hours. Garnish with green onions.
