Ingredients For raspberry and balsamic glazed meatballs
- FOR THE MEATBALLS

1 lbground beef

1/2 lbground pork
-
1 lgegg

1/2 cplain bread crumbs

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

2 tspsalt

3 clovegarlic minced

1 tspblack pepper

1/2 tspred pepper flakes
- SAUCE
-
2 cseedless raspberry jam

3 Tbspbalsamic vinegar

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbspfresh ginger grated

1/4 tspred pepper flakes

sliced green onions for garnish
How To Make raspberry and balsamic glazed meatballs

1To make the meatballs. Mix all ingredients for meatballs together and shape into 2 inch balls. In batches brown the meatballs in a little oil and then place in a sprayed crock pot.

2Mix the ingredients for sauce together and pour over the meatballs. Cook on low for 5 hours or high for 2 1/2 hours. Garnish with green onions.
