1 cmozzarella cheese shredded

How To Make pizza rolls

1Add some oil to a skillet. Saute mushrooms until browned add the pork and cook until done. Mix the pizza sauce with the mushrooms, pork, pepperoni, basil, and garlic powder.

2Have a bowl of water for dipping fingers to moisten the edges of egg rolls. Lay out one egg roll wrapper. Place a about 3 tbsp filling in middle of egg roll. Add some mozzarella cheese on top. Moisten the edges with water and roll up folding sides in and sealing on the back. Repeat until all are done.

3Mix the egg with water in one dish and place the bread crumbs in another dish. Roll each egg roll in the egg wash then roll in panko. Repeat until all are done.

4Heat oil to 350 degrees. Deep fry in batches about 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with favorite sauce
