Use your own pesto or your favorite commercial brand. Yield depends on size of meatballs. I make mine about 1 1/2-2 inches. Use in your favorite sauce over pasta or as an appetizer. They freeze well.

Ingredients For pesto meatballs

2 lbground beef

1 1/2 cplain bread crumbs

1/2 cpesto

1/3 cParmesan cheese, grated

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspground black pepper

How To Make pesto meatballs

1Heat oven to 375°F. Line sheet pan with sides (15x10-inch) with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.

2In large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. Shape mixture into balls; place on prepared pan.

3Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until thermometer inserted in center of meatballs reads 165°F.
