Ingredients For pepperoni sticks

1 1/2 lbvenison or ground beef

1 1/2 Tbspmortons tenderquick salt

1/8 tspgarlic powder

1 Tbspfennel seed

1 Tbspcrushed red pepper

1 tsppaprika, hot or sweet mild
How To Make pepperoni sticks

1Mix all ingredients together. Form into a long stick, diameter the size you want. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours uncovered.

2Bake at 300º for 1 hour.
