Ingredients For pepperoni sticks

  • 1 1/2 lb
    venison or ground beef
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    mortons tenderquick salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    fennel seed
  • 1 Tbsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp
    paprika, hot or sweet mild

How To Make pepperoni sticks

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together. Form into a long stick, diameter the size you want. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours uncovered.

    Bake at 300º for 1 hour.
