I use to buy these at an Italian Bakery when I ws in high school back in Clarksburg WVA and once moved away had to try and create my own version!!! This is exactly what I LOVED as a snack in 1965!! Enjoy

Ingredients For pepperoni rolls

2 pkghormel stick pepperoni

1 pkgrhodes frozen dinner rolls
How To Make pepperoni rolls

1Thaw 24 frozen rolls on a slightly greased cookie sheet.

2Cut HORMEL pepperoni sticks into thirds and then quarter each one. Making 4 quarter pieces with each third stick. Each package will give you 12 quartered sticks. Pat out the roll, put 1 quarter in the middle, fold over and another 1 quarter and fold to enclose both pieces of pepperoni. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. I do butter the top after taking them out for browning.I have tried other brands of pepperoni and did not like how they turned out so only use HORMEL.
