Ingredients For pepperoni and parmesan meatballs

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 oz
    package of pepperoni diced small
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    buttermilk
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs

How To Make pepperoni and parmesan meatballs

  • 1
    Preheat oven 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and roll into golf ball size meatballs. Place on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

    Serve in spaghetti sauce over spaghetti or just as an appetizer with marinara dipping sauce
