Ingredients For peanut butter meatballs

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 md
    onion, minced
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp
    chili sauce
  • 1
    egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 16 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp
    smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp
    oregano

How To Make peanut butter meatballs

  • 1
    Mix the beef with the peanut butter, onion, garlic, chili sauce, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into golf size meat balls.

    Place butter in large skillet. Cook meatballs until browned and cooked through. Work in batches if necessary.

    Mix the tomato sauce with the paprika and oregano. Pour over the meatballs and cook 5 minutes.
