Ingredients For pasta carbonara

  • 1/4 lb
    pkg. italian sausage
  • 1/4 lb
    prosciutto
  • 1/2 c
    minced parsley
  • 3
    well beten eggs
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 pkg
    thick spaghetti

How To Make pasta carbonara

  • 1
    Cook sausage until almost done. Add prosciutto and parsley until all is cooked.
  • 2
    Cook the pasta according to pkg. directions, drain.
  • 3
    Add to pasta the butter, eggs, parsley, meat, cheese and pepper mix well. Serve immediately.
