2 Tbspmorton tender quick salt (this brand only)

1/4 tspsalt

1/8 tspgarlic powder

3/4 cwater
How To Make my sister betty's homemade sausage

1Mix and make into rolls 1 1/2 x 5 inches. Wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours.

2Bake 1 hour @ 330 degrees in open pan still wrapped in foil (use pan with sides). Cool a little.

3Unwrap and drain off all accumulated water and fat. Rewrap in clean foil and refrigerate.
