Ingredients For mini meatballs in cranberry sauce

  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 c
    snipped dried cranberries
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    allspice
  • 2 lb
    ground turkey breast
  • 1
    16 oz can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 c
    bbq sauce

How To Make mini meatballs in cranberry sauce

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat egg. Stir in breadcrumbs, cranberries, onion, salt and allspice.Add ground turkey and mix well. Shape into 60 mini meatballs. Place meatballs in baking pan. Bake 15 min. In a 4-quart slow-cooker, stir together cranberry sauce and BBQ sauce. Add meatballs, stir to combine. Cover, cook on low for 2-3 hrs, or on high for 1-1/2 hrs. Serve w/ toothpicks.
