2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbspground ginger

1 lbground chuck

How To Make mini meat balls

1combine bacardi, soy sauce, garlic, parsley and ginger. blend in ground chuck.

2shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter. bake at 300 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes, turning only once. serve with wooden picks.
