Ingredients For mini meat balls

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    bacardi light rum
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1
    pressed garlic clove
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground ginger
  • 1 lb
    ground chuck
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley

How To Make mini meat balls

  • 1
    combine bacardi, soy sauce, garlic, parsley and ginger. blend in ground chuck.
  • 2
    shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter. bake at 300 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes, turning only once. serve with wooden picks.
